Promethean Whiteboard & Capture Apps

Perhaps the most utilized of the Classroom Essential Apps, the Promethean Whiteboard App presents limitless opportunities. The Whiteboard resides on both the Elements Series ActivPanel’s Unified Menu and in your Locker, as well as in the ActivPanel 9 and ActivPanel 9 Premium Locker. Key features of the Whiteboard include:

  • Ability to change background templates and colors
  • Infinite Canvas and the ability to save and export in multiple formats
  • A library of graphic organizers and templates
  • Multi-User Mode
  • Built-in math tools
  • Ability to quickly create activities for students

ActivPanel 9:

Within a user profile, you have the ability to connect your Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive account to your ActivPanel using Promethean Cloud Connect. This allows you to easily save Promethean Whiteboard files to your connected Drive.

The Promethean Capture App allows you to seize any moment in your lesson. Access Capture from the Menu or Locker and you may use the image in its entirety, or crop to meet your needs. Insert the image into the Promethean Whiteboard App and enable elaboration and collaboration.
