Opening Explain Everything projects on your ActivPanel 9 Premium with ActivSync

You may easily create Explain Everything lessons from within your *Explain Everything account. Begin by creating your Explain Everything lesson in a web browser at https://explaineverything.com/.

Select the export icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Next, select Export as, then Project.

Select Proceed with Export.

Open the Promethean Desktop app, then create an ActivSync folder using a Windows or Mac computer. Click the links to view videos on the Promethean Desktop app and ActivSync.

Copy your Explain Everything project to your created ActivSync folder.

Plug your computer into your ActivPanel 9 Premium using the compatible cables.

Open the Files app, then select the ActivSync folder.

Tap the Explain Everything file.

The project will open directly in the Explain Everything Whiteboard app.

• Find an existing Explain Everything project or choose from one of the pre-created templates in Explain Everything.

• Follow the steps you learned in the above lesson. Tip: Right-click on the Cloud Connect topic to open in a new tab and review the steps.

• Open the project using either Cloud Connect or ActivSync on your ActivPanel 9 or ActivPanel 9 Premium.

• Prepare the lesson for your instruction by adding any additional elements with the Explain Everything tools, or explore the tools available in the Explain Everything Whiteboard app.

• Don’t forget to save your work!
